Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano has supported Living for Zachary since the organization was founded in 2009. With the direction of Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano’s leadership, physicians and staff, the Living for Zachary Heart Screening program was created to impact the lives of North Texas youth.
Additionally, Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital – Plano supports the continued growth of Living for Zachary by serving as the Presenting Sponsor of Living for Zachary’s annual HeartBeats Gala, HeartBeats Health Fair, and the HeartBeats Run. Over the years the hospital has also created marketing materials for Living for Zachary and helped raise awareness of Living for Zachary and its mission through strategic media relations.

It quickly evolved into a deep passion with an urgency to educate adults and youth about SCA through community education and awareness events, through the Living for Zachary Heart Screening we created and conduct throughout the year, and by helping spread the word of the importance of automated external defibrillators.
